Time Limits

Although it is ideal to have sufficient time to meditate for at least ten to fifteen minutes each session, sometimes that is not possible. Mindfulness meditation doesn’t require any set time or any set procedure; it is accommodating. Just keep in mind that you always have everything essential with you—your body, breath, and mind. So whether you have two minutes or twenty minutes, devoting the time you do have to an awareness of your breath helps cultivate mindfulness and develop your practice.
